Welcome to Porto DC
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Porto DC's data center infrastructure, private cloud, IT security, and managed IT services. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Porto DC services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our data center services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of our infrastructure.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Data Security & Privacy
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.
5. Service Level Agreement
Our Tier III data center provides 99.982% uptime guarantee. Service credits may be available in the event of downtime that falls below our SLA commitments, subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Porto DC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Additional Important Information
Modifications: Porto DC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service portal.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
